Johnson 25 HP 1974 (25r74m) - Connecting Rod (Flat spot)

I just double checked and I think I'm good! Once I add the flywheel back on can't I just rotate it slowly to determine if it's hitting the coil?
 
You will not be able to turn the flywheel if the coil is to close. Be sure and torque the flywheel nut to spec before starting the motor. 40-45 ft lbs
