Intermittent grinding noise at idle/neutral. Mercury 115 EFI

Hi

My 2016 Mercury FourStroke 115 EFI has developed an intermittent grinding noise when running at idle in neutral. I recorded this video you can hear the noise at 24 seconds, 56 seconds and 1:04.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I have changed the impellor but still the same. If it was a bearing I don't really understand why it is intermittent?

PS the bubbles are Salt Away if you were thinking I was flushing the engine with detergent.

Need to adjust shift cable I think.------Clutch dog might be rubbing on forward or reverse gear.
