"First time user. Removed steering yoke, installed new bushings and seal but I am unable to get the steering arm back between the two bushings as it is just too tight. Any thoughts on opening dimension up? As a side note I used a 2" holesaw (teeth ground off) and hammer to install the steering yoke seal and it worked nicely."

"DO NOT "open up the dimension"...
I'd clean the shaft at the point where the bushings need to go with some Scotchbrite.
When you have a bright shiny shaft... try again.
If that does not work, put the shaft in your freezer overnight. Drop bushings in a pot of HOT tap water for a min or so..
Try again."
