Hydro Electric Shift

It is NOT electric shift.----It is an " oil pressure " assisted mechanical shift system.-----The oil pump and screen are in the very front of the propshaft.----Requires total teardown to inspect those items.-----Those units shift a lot easier if the driveshaft is turning to produce oil pressure for the servo valve.---Perhaps post under OMC sterndrive category on this site.
