How are the Belgium made Johnsons?

Looking at a 1990 4HP Johnson J4RDHESR made in Belgium. Are they as good as the US made motors? Any concerns about this particular model?

"U.S. made" 4hp Johnson motors have been made in Belgium for years. They are good.
