Honda BF60A Bearings

Hi all. I have a BF60A that requires new main & big end bearings & wondering where I can find
a bearing code chart ,so I can order the correct bearings. I have a code chart for BF50D .
Does anyone know if Honda uses the same codes for both motors.

No, they are different motors. You need the factory manual. Have you measure the journal wear on the crank yet? This job needs to be done very methodically or you will have bearing failure.

Thanks for reply. Hard to come by factory manual for these motors (at a sensible price). They want around 100USD just for freight from USA
to Australia. Haven't measured journals as I will need a new crank. What I was wondering was do Honda use the same colour codes
for the different bearing sizes in all outboards.

I wouldn't bank on that.I am in Aus, I'll try and upload the chart for you tomorrow.

Check the bearing selection charts, 50 and 60 are the same
