Honda bf225 no firing on all 6

Hi this has been running fine untill reciently. When idling it has a noticable shake and touching the exhaust manifold the port side lowest cylinder seems cooler than the rest. Unpluging the coil while running makes it worse but not a lot worse. Have changed the plug with no improvement. Is this likely to be an injecter issue? Is this a common issue? Thanks

bad shaking at idle is usually caused by incorrect valve clearance. Adjust in .010" and ex .012"
