Honda 2.3 first lower unit oil change

I just changed the lower unit oil for the first time on my 3 month old Honda 2.3 outboard. Only had about 5 hours on it and the oil that came out was a cloudy yellow. It is a new 2016 that was manufactured 2/2015. The two lower unit screws were tight and the lower unit came filled from manufacturer. Was this sitting too long or do i have a water problem? I use it on my sailboat so it has gotten very minimal use and has only been in fresh water. Any Ideas?

If still under warranty bring back to dealer,color does not sound right,

That's kind of what I was figuring. I will call a local dealer tomorrow. What a hassle. The engine is brand-new. It could not have been used more gently.
