Honda 10 will not run

This is an electric start the motor starts and immediately stops. The fuel line primer bulb does not seem to go hard indicating fuel not present.
There is plenty of fuel in the tank. is this due to the new E10 fuel as apparently it can destroy rubber hoses?

How old is this outboard?

Have you checked under the hood for a leak?

You should inspect the engine oil for the possibility of gas contamination. If the fuel pump diaphragm ruptures, it will pump gas into the engine with every squeeze of the bulb.

If the oil has gas in it DO NOT run the engine until you find out why, make repairs and then change the oil and filter if it has one.

The engine is less than 1 year old still under warranty

E10 will not destroy rubber in the new engines, it is designed for probably e15. E10 does not store well, how old is the gas you are using? How old is your fuel tank, bulb, and lines?
