help with 1975 johnson 115 dva results

Have int spark on cyl #2.. tested with reg rect disconnected and kill wire tested fine (200-400mV with key on/off). Staor is showing 300v on pack while idling. all 4 trigger wires have resistance to gnd, cdi call of OL on all 4, how can all 4 fail??? they all pass the ohms tests per manual, except all 4 short to gnd - not sure im following here.. Let me know what these readings indicate - tx</p>
