Help water pump not pumping

Pull the lower unit again. Ens

Pull the lower unit again. Ensure that the impeller didn't slip it's key. Also check the gaskets and seals.

Did you throw in a whole kit or just the impeller?

With the lower unit off try jury rigging a garden hose to force water up the water tube. That's the easiest way to tell if it is blocked.

Was the old impeller intact or had it lost pieces. If the later suspect a bit of rubber got up the water tube.

"thank you for the advice, upon checking the foot,cooling pipe is installed on muffler side instead of pump side. is there any quick for this besides dismantling the motor."
