Help identify gear fluid leak. [Alpha One, Gen 2]

Hello folks, please help if you can offer advice. a small Leak has developed right at the end of the red pencil as seen in the photo. Whats you're diagnosis and what will it take to fix?

this is from my 1992 SeaRay 5.7 lt V*. Outdrive is Mercruiser Alpha One, Gen 2

I won't even hazard a guess, this is the outboard forum, but if you post in the Mercruiser forum there are guys/gals there who will be able to help you.
