I tried to figure out the year on my own lol but no luck. I'm looking for a lower unit for it so my next question is to find out all the motor sizes, years that are compatible?

That is a Yamaha USA model. Won't be found in the Yamaha Canada system.

Do you have any idea if the bottom unit is compatible from USA model and Canadian, I'm trying to find one?

The Yamaha Canada parts catalog and the Yamaha US parts catalog show the same lower unit part number for both the Canadian model and the US model. 6H4-45300-12-EK.
