Fuel pump/clogged injectors??

I have a 2013 DF90. Starts and runs great. 3000rpms it start to surge and bog. I drain vst, filters, rancor filter. New hose and new fuel. Still happens. I’m thinking failing high pressure pump or clogged injectors, any thoughts? Which would you service first?

3000 rpm is where your fail safe system is activated.

On the right hand column any “yes” will cause your engine to go into fail safe mode where the rpms are limited to 3000 rpm. I doubt your high pressure fuel pump or injectors are causing the fail safe mode to cut in. Your tachometer should be throwing a code.

I have a 3-7 code. “Tilt sensor”. This won’t put into safe mode.
