Fuel Pump Body - Recommended Glue/Epoxy to reconnect plastic outlet nipple on fuel pump body.

I have a 1989 Mercury 60 HP 3 Cyl. I need to reattach/glue a broken fuel pump body to the outlet nipple. Plastic J&B glue will not bond the nipple to the body. What would you suggest to use to glue/weld this piece back together? This is a fuel pump body for a 1989 Mercury and the fuel pump body is blue in color.

Any help would be truly appreciated.

Sorry but it is phenolic plastic and no glues or epoxys will fix and is not a safe repair.
