Should a sealer be used on the

Should a sealer be used on the fill hose at the tank? or are the clamps sufficient?
If sealer is used what kind. Brand?

"I believe the clamps are all you need, thats all I used seems to be doing fine. You don't want to over tighten either, the clamps could fail if you do.And make sure your using fuel grade tubing. Stuff cost me around 45 bucks for like 1.5 feet."

"That sounds kind of high, I got about 10 ft or less for $120 off the net. Had to hunt around for it though."
