"I have twin 2 stroke yamaha 150's. Last year they ran great, and all of a sudden one of the motors will not idle down without me manually pushing the throttle lever back to the normal position. It seems to me that it is a tension issue not being high enough to force the arm back to its normal spot. The other motor seems like it is much harder to idle up by using the lever manaully, and it is the one behaving correctly. Any advice??"
