F115 yamaha,shuts down when I put it in neutral

2002 F115 that shuts down when going from forward to neutral.If I pump the bulb tight it seems to help but no garantee.I have loosened the mechanical fuel pump and pumped the bulb to check for diaphram leaks but it's OK.
The engine runs great otherwise.

Check the shift interrupt switch

It will throw a code on YDS also

It could be to low of idle speed
