Hopefully someone has a new idea. I'm a GM service manager and former tech with 40 years experiance. I have a 93 200 xp evinrude. The electric primer will not squirt fuel. Primer will squirt fuel using red lever. Solinoid will click and plunger does go down. I've used a headlamp to test electric circuit and it will light a headlamp. This is a new primer from Amazon, I'm thinking it could be made wrong. I bought the 75 dollar one not the cheapest or most expensive.
