Evinrude 6.5 Super - Voltage output - General Info

Hello! Looking for information on evinrude 6.5 super.

1) There is a power output on the side of the motor, it has 3 pins. What is the voltage and Max wattage of this system?
2) There is no choke - but rather a fuel control device for cold starting, should it be pulled out or pushed in completely during normal operation?
3) Any other information and history about this motor is very appreciated

That outlet is for running the boat lights.-----The primer is pulled out and pushed in 2 / 3 times too start the motor.----Pushed in for normal operation.-----Look for a 1986 model 6 or 8 hp owners manual.-----Install a new water pump impeller before your first fishing trip with this motor.
