Evinrude 4.5 hp E5RHCTA Outboard tiller Handle Throotle Tension

Hi,

just wondering how I can adjust the throttle tension or friction on my 4.5 hp evinrude. The engine runs fine just seems to idle itself down once Imremove my hand from the tiller handle. Cannot seem to find any adjustment on the outside.
