Evinrude 3hp Lightwin Crank Shaft Removal

I have a 1960 (Model 3034) 3hp Lightwin.
I was just on the water and the prop stopped spinning. The shear pin was still engaged. When I tested it in a barrel it was not pumping water so I am assuming the drive shaft is not being driven. I replaced the drive shaft 3 years ago and it fixed the problem.
I probably should of replaced the crank shaft at the same time.
The splines on the drive shaft and crank shaft look worn so I would like to replace both.

My question is how do I replace the crank shaft?

Remove flywheel.----Remove all ignition bits.---Remove carburetor and intake manifold.----Remove power head.----Split power head.-----Replace crankshaft.----Careful with the rod screw locks.----They are proud of them if you have to get new ones.----I can usually salvage / reuse them.

Also note, the block halves alignment pins are probably directional. I've learned the hard way. If you crack the block here, it may shorten the life of your overhaul.

Thank you all for the information. I have the crankshaft installed.
Is there a torque setting for the connecting rod screws?
