evinrude 25hp to a 35hp

i was wondering if anyone would know if i can convert my 85 evinrude 25hp to a 35hp
by changing the carburator?

Compare part #'s on this site.--------I think you will find that the intake manifold on the 35 has a much bigger hole to let air in..------------You could easily open that up on yours.

For 10 hp, I wouldn't waste the money or time. You won't notice that much difference on the water.
