Ethanol damage on rubber hoses etc

Hi everybody. I just replaced my 3.5 gal fuel tank to
the 25 liter size, EPA approved. Now I find out than
Sta-bil does not protect rubber hoses from the
damaging properties of Ethanol. There is a new fuel
hose that is $ 80 that is EPA approved. Does this new
material ward off Ehanol?? Are there improved hoses
and the fuel filter for inside the motor??
There is a 91 octane rated LEADED fuel in west Michigan
for $3.19 a gallon. I have been out of school for 40 years, but
am still ready to learn. Please teach me.🇫🇮

Friend with a suzuki back in 2009 replaced his with a white fuel hose that is ethanol resistant. Came from a dealer in atlantic highlands.

Newer hoses have a white liner/sleeve. Hose at the Honda dealer closest to me had fittings on each end. Wasn't able to see
inside. $80 for it. Just don't know if it is ethanol resistant.
Thus the reason for the visit here. Do u know if friend
is still using that hose from 09? And is it a two piece one? Thx.

This hose was solid white inside &outside,Yes he's still using it, One length from tank to bulb, and another length from bulb to engine

I ordered a new hose from the dealer today. Will
get it tomorrow. He couldn't help me on my
question about resistant hoses/tubes inside the
motor itself.
