ESA?

I have an OMC 140STHRCIF that I am going to convert to a Voyager 3.0L EST kit. I am wondering if I need an ESA or not. I have attached a picture of the current coil/dist. I can't see what I think is an esa anywhere. Thanks in advance for any help....

If your lower unit is original, there is no need for an ESA
