Engine Ticking noise

I have a 1988 Carver 38, with twin 7.4 gas engines. The Starboard side has developed a "Ticking" sound. At idle(and all rpm's), the motor has a tick on the top side of the engine. At the same time, I'm showing higher than normal temp and higher than normal oil pressure(80 psi). When I say normal, I'm comparing the starboard engine to the port engine running at the same time. I have a video of the motor running. Just did an oil change hoping that may give some insight. Not sure where to start. Thanks for any thoughts.
7.4 running

does the tick rate vary with engine RPM?

quantify "higher than normal temp"...??

Assume the oil change included the filter and didn't make any changes?

Yes, tick does speed up with throttle.
temperature as compared to the port engine at idle running at the same time.
Oil change and filter, no change.
