Engine knock

Hey guys i have a 3.4 v6 engine that is making clank noise in the camshaft area does anyone know if this could be a wornout camshaft thanks.

you can take a dial indicator and measure each lobe given the visual condition of the engine from the video.

Thank you for the advice I found the issue there was to much slack in the timing chain It was rubbing against the chain guard making that noise the guard what chewed up missing some chunks
