Engine ID??

OK I need parts but having trouble IDing the engines. The boat is a 1979 Chris Craft Corinthian. What I have found on the engines- sm block 350s, Crusaders, Valve cover plate has KB15 182403 port and 182367 starboard. Engines have mechanical fuel pump and are carborated. Where else should I be lookin for engine info? Oh and this is a V-drive boat if that makes a difference.

Any help would be vastly appreciated!!!

In general really- right now I need dip stick tubes and dipsticks. Previous owner stuck a wood dowel where the tubes go in. If the boat wasn't free I wouldn't have it.... but now that I do- I'm fixing her up.
