electric primer valve for a 1976 35hp

I changes over from a pull start to electric start on my 1976 Evinrude 35hp , Now for the choke, it has a manual choke on it now and need to convert it over to electric and I think the easiest way will be to go with the new type fuel primer solenoid, but not real sure on how to hook it into the carb set up Should it go to the carbs or into the intake manifold? Thanks. .

It is an ingenious device.-----I have even installed it on a 6 cylinder inline MERCURY outboard.-----Great results and near instant starting.-----I would look for a used primer as they are plentiful used from about 1980 to 2005 models 9.9 to 300 HP.-----You can plumb the 2 little lines to the bypass cover with wee nipples or the carburetor , your choice.-----Feed fuel pressure to the solenoid from discharge of fuel pump.----Good idea to install this wonderful item.
