e70tlcrd evinrude no spark

Hi i just bought this 70 HP evinrude no spark i have change the trigger stator and CDI power pack i have checked the trim switch and the safty switch on the controller no spark in all 3 cly any suggestions where to look

Some will argue.----I can not see , hear or feel your motor.----I would charge the battery and load test the battery, even if new.----I would take starter apart for inspection and ohm test on armature.----Fact for you.----If flywheel turns slow there will not be a spark generated.-----No $$$ spent to do these simple , easy checks.----The starter is easy to do on these.----If you get this 1983 model running install a new impeller before launching the boat.
