DT100 only running of 2 cylinders

"As above my motor has dropped

"As above my motor has dropped 2 cylinders - the two on the port side nos 2 and 4.
Have checked the trigger relays, coils and magneto output - all in specs.
Is this leading to a faulty CDI or is there something else which can cause this motor to drop two cylinders eg oil flow or overheat sensors.
At this stage I am lost and as a new CDI is over $1500AUD I dont want to buy one only to find out that this is not the problem -

Sorry lost me there with the ohms thing- it was the voltages from the Trigger coils and magneto they said to check using a DVA- my problem is the local dealer doesn't have a workshop manual to help us out and Suzuki Aust will only sell manuals to dealers
