Decompression system on F9.9

I read somewhere that the F9.9 has a decompression system to help with starting but now I can't find any more info. Any links, is it adjustable , does it exist.
 
Nothing showing on the parts diagram that I can see.-----Most of those systems are internal on the camshaft.----Work automatically and no adjustment.----Reason for the question ?

Wife has trouble starting it. If not committed to the pull it will kick back. Moved the pulse sensor to delay ignition and it's helped but wondered if it could be made a little more user friendly on the pull.

It's an SMHB and yes I think you suggested an elec start. That might be the answer when I'm next in UK or USA.
Trying to eliminate the stuff that I can do out here before I get to somewhere with a dealer. The part number of the kit will help. Thanks.
Not sure there is much else I can try now.
Just have to keep coaching for the time being.
