I have a '76 Egg Harbor Motor Yacht with twin Chrysler Marine M440 (1976) engines. Both have the Jabsco 777-0001 series pump for the cooling system. One of the pulleys was apparently wobbling, and the wore down the bore to a cone, so I need to replace. The pulley was 5in OD with a 5/8 in bore and and a straight keyway. I can't seem to find that same pulley anywhere - is anyone here familiar with when Jabsco/Chrysler was using that size, or whether it was aftermarket, etc.? The Jabsco drawings don't list a pulley as one of the parts...but neither do the Chrysler drawings....and the weather is getting nice so I want to get out!
