chrysler 318 intake manifold 4142022

Is anyone familiar with the 4142022 intake manifold? I need to know the angle of the carburetor base, more exactly how high is the carb base at the rear of the base. The original was 1,15 inches, I need this much and a wedge will not work.
Is this the replacement for the Chrysler 2846707?

Usually around 15 degrees for inboards.

I see that the 4142022 is the 3 degree rise. Is the 11 or 15 degree available any where?

I have yet to understand why a wedge will not fit below that carb and not interfere with something. Can you post a photo?

The thermostat is mounted in the manifold, the wedge would only lift the carb leaving the arm on the thermostat about 1/2 inch too short.

make a longer arm for the thermostat. I assume you are talking about the Choke T stat. I've made them out of a coat hanger before.

I found a wedge that gave me the correct angle and used Murfman's idea for the t-stat arm. All is good now!
