Chrysler 1970 30 hp help

I am not sure, but I think its a 1975, 30 hp. Serial # 1270. Model # 307h2e. Motor will only start and run at full throttle. Spark is good. Compression is good. Carb has been rebuilt. Choke is working fine. Could it be out of time?? I am running out of ideas. Any help would be great.

Sounds like the jet is clogged.In the carb the main jet has small holes they need to be clean.
The fuel pump diaphram might be bad.Ethanol is messing up a lot of motors.It's delaminating the inside of older hoses causing clogs in the carbs and fuel filter.Check for soft hoses and junk in the filter on the motor.Check the diaphram. Post your results. J

Carb has had a rebuild kit put in. Jets are good. Fuel filter and diaphram look good. I am about to give up. Any more ideas?????

Float set right?Turn upside down and the float should almost touch the jet housing.Then turn over the float should be flat.There are two adjustments you can make.J
