i have a 1989 evinrude 150 xp

i have a 1989 evinrude 150 xp when i have been sitting a while and i start to move it will start to bogg out then when i push the choke in it will start to take off what do u think the problem could be

yes it will cause rough idle..

yes it will cause rough idle.....and the stall you mentioned.......

if you do it yourself it will cost you around $15-30 per kit depending on which brand you choose
