Cherry boat mechanic wants to rebuild 1994 Force 90 outboard.

I have a 199490 horse force outboard. The top cylinder is pushing 60psi compression thebottom two are at 80psi. I want to repair myself. I am capable with automechanics but have never delved into outboards.

Can I buy a rebuild kit for this motor that is all inclusive?
Is there a maintenance manual that I can use for step by step rebuild?
Are there a lot of special tools that I will need thatmay make it cost prohibitive?
It looks relatively simple to disassemble.

Remove the head first and check for damage.Post a few pics and then I can get you the info you need.
Might just be a head gasket!!!
Try with another tester.Those results are WAY low.Remove the plugs,ground the leads and open the throttle all the way.
Where you located?Profile?? You might be close to someone who can help.J
