Carb settings for a 1951 14hp Fastwin

Does anybody have the high and low speed carb settings for a 1951 14hp Fastwin? Any other specs would be helpful.

Tillotson carb. Initial settings of 3/4 turn open should at least get it started. Readjust from there when running.
