Carb jets

I,m confused about the jets on my carbs. It's a 1987 evinrude 140 looper.
The port side has #20 for intermediate and #28 for idle.
Starboard side has #28 for intermediate and #16 for idle.
Is this right?

there were all kind of problems with idle etc during that time period and omc had a field day with jet sizes trying to correct the idle...is this motor new to you and how is the idle?...the jet sixes are probably correct.... what are the compression numbers on the port side?on the starboard side?

Yes this engine is new to me. Just bought it. It had been sitting for 2 years.
Idle is good. Bogs down at midrange. If you go to full throttle it planes out fine.
Compression is 118 on all.
What Ive done so far. Drained fuel tanks, cleaned and replaced fuel.
Replaced fuel lines and filters.
Replaced fuel pump, spark plugs, cleaned and rebuilt carbs, new floats. Also cleaned throttle bodies.
Sync and set timing. 18 deg.
