Cannot turn left or right,

I have an older Seaking motor PN: 7wb27903a SN: 76x14066 I cannot move the motor left or right. It seems like it is sized up. Where can I find a manual to rebuild the motor or what can I try to turn it?

The older models, some had a screw to tighten or loosen the mid section.
Undoing the screw sometimes helped.
Other times no!!
Other times a propane torch use along the grease passage,
Heat add grease and heat and add grease.
Apply pressure back and forth as you add grease and heat.
