Can anyone decode this engine tag?

I think it is a 1996 model but not 100% sure. It is a Johnson 70HP. I need to figure out the year and the model so I can buy a service manual and rebuild kit.

The "EI" within the model number indicates that the engine is a 1991 model.

J = Johnson
70 = Horsepower
T = PTT
L = Long shaft (20")
E = 9
I = 1
E = factory run number
