Cajun Bass Boat Electrical Panel

I have a 1978 Cajun bass boat that has a electrical panel in the bow of the boat that controls the trolling motor and batteries. The panel has a decal on it that says CAJ-O-MATIC. I am looking for a wiring diagram or any info for it someone might have.
