buccaneer 5s12b 5HP over heating and can't find out why....

I have a 1956? buccaneer 5HP and can't figure out why it over heats. I have disassembled the entire motor from foot to cylinders and can't find my problem. Not familiar w this cooling system because their doesn't seem to be a pump.....

If there is no impeller on the driveshaft then there is a pump just in front of the prop.-called a " wobbler style " impeller.----------Check it out.
