Hey guys my 200 HP 1990 Evenrude is bogging down like right on the middle of the acceleration stroke, it fires right up, idles great and runs good at WOT but in the middle at ~2200 RPMs… it get sluggish and tries to die down, if I “gun it” to an almost WOT position it will pick up and come out of the bogging down almost every time. The carbs are not adjustable they have two orifices and then a main jet, I was fishing the Sea of Cortes in Mexico this last weekend, but had lots of problems trying get going at a constant trolling speed as my boat develops 11 MPH (my trolling speed) right around 2300 RPMs and I had to hit the throttle every time in order to keep the motor going as it started to die/bog down around 2300 RPMs… any ideas???
