Boat size/ 10hp johnson 1957

I have a 1957 10 hp Johnson that I am rebuilding. What is the biggest aluminum or fiberglass boat I can put this on? Also what is the gas/oil mix ratio on this motor. I found a webpage for parts but I can't seem to find gas/mix ratio. Thanks for any info you can give.
