Blackmax speed loss

Hi just did service on my 135 90 model, heads faced new gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets ,carby gaskets, removed idle stabilizer it has lost 5 knots in speed which doesn't worry me to much, I haven't adjusted timing would this be the cause? It has strong spark comp is 123 to 125 on all 6 runs beautiful besides the loss of speed I have thrown stabilizer so cant reinstall to check. Thanks

If it was a combo stabilizer/advance type your timing could be off. Check WOT timing at cranking speed..if below 22° jacker up
