BF90A water in gear box oil

Just bought a boat with two BF

Just bought a boat with two BF90A engines. One has
water getting into the oil in the gearbox. Is this just seals? If so what else will I end up having to replace on opening it up to fix.

"Water can enter the g/box via the prop shaft seals and the lower water pump housing seals. Remove the prop and see if the seals have been damaged by fishing line etc, or if the wrong spacer has been used and has contacted the seals or housing.Also check for any excessive run-out in the prop shaft itself. Seal replacement is a fairly simple job and be sure to only use genuine Honda seals, as after market seals dont seem to be an exact fit."
