bf250D high idle at start up

upon startup the engine engine rvs out to about 2000rpm for 5-6 seconds then settles down to normal 750.

I have expereiced this with a 175 suzuki before with low voltage on the ECU supply due to voltage drop on starting.

Has anyone else has silimar issues with Honda?

Next on my list was IAC/(EAC) vale inspection.

But i would have though dodgy IAC would mean crappy idle all the time?

It's normal for them to do this, all the efi hondas do the same
