Bf 200 idle issue

I have twin 2008 bf 200’s and recently my port motor takes minutes to idle down to 650 rpm where it eventually settles. It lingers at 730 rpm for long enough that I can’t shift it and end up shutting it down to dock. I have no codes and I have cleaned the IAC and checked for intake leaks. Looking for suggestion thanks.

TPS? Check for around 0.49V with Throttle at idle.
