Battery isolator.

Anyone know how to hook up a surepower 703 battery isolator to this alternator?
Im guessing here!
Take the orange wire off the alt post B+ and make a new wire that runs from that post to the alt post on the isolator.
Hook the 3 outputs of the isolator to the 3 batteries.
The orange wire to a 12V source that is only live when the ignition switch is on.
Seem right?

No switches necessary with isolators.
I have the same drawing you posted but it does not cover my style alt. Might be easiest to just change to a delco style alt

Yes circuit breakers i have. I do know to unhook the batts when hooking to a charger. This alt is only 37amp im also thinking its to small really for charging a starting battery and 2 trolling batts. I also know that a Alt will not keep the trolling batts up but it will help. So im thinking a 65amp delco style would be a better choice and that style i do know how to hook up properly.
On the current Alt there are 4 wires connected
Orange B+
2 Black - One goes directly to engine block the other to? I assume common ground for gauges?
One Purple from the regulator that says Resistor. Again i assume resistor on the coil. The Purple wire is hooked to the same post as the Red Regulator wire.
